  • Weekly rent: $170
  • Nightly rate if staying for less than a week: $35 only by prior agreement
  • Nightly rate if staying for 8 nights or more: $29

Other charges:

  • A $100 bond per person is paid on arrival, and is fully refundable upon check out if you return:
  1. Room keys
  2. Cutlery/crockery/cooking equipment(clean)
  3. Bed linen
  4. Paid up service fees etc.
  5. Your bed space cleaned.
